

THE SELLER OF DREAMS…
My particular interest in property valuation emerged during my master’s studies at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław, when I wrote my thesis titled: 'Analysis of the impact of location on the market value of land in various districts of Wrocław.’ The process of conducting research, analyzing the results, and finally drawing conclusions sparked an incredible curiosity in me to explore the intricacies of the real estate world. Although it is often said that every valuation is subjective, the path followed by an appraiser includes the same stages.
Property valuation is the process of determining its market value based on the analysis of various factors, such as location, technical condition, intended use, demand, and supply in the market. The value can be estimated using the comparative, income, or cost approach. Each time, analytical and computational skills, as well as knowledge of legal regulations and economic issues, are essential. The complexity of the task and the multifaceted nature of the topic make me approach each valuation with great passion, curiosity, and commitment.
Each valuation is also unique because it pertains to a different property and context, which makes the work of a property appraiser full of challenges and dynamics. Moreover, it is a kind of contribution to the realization of someone’s dream of owning a flat, house, or plot of land. Due to my interest in natural sciences, I particularly enjoy estimating the value of land plots – whether agricultural or forestry.
During my several years of work in the banking sector, I participated in numerous sales, marketing, and coaching trainings. I learned not only how specific techniques work, but most importantly, how valuable proper, targeted assistance is in the process of helping clients achieve their goals. Satisfaction and gratitude are the best possible feedback. It’s the certainty that I am facilitating the sale of dreams.
